Building standards and approval requirements for structures at Alpine Lakes Ranch
All construction and permanent structures at Alpine Lakes Ranch are subject to architectural review and approval by the POA Board of Directors. These standards preserve the natural beauty, rural character, and property values of our mountain community.
All primary dwellings must consist of not less than 1,000 square feet of living space.
No structure may be erected within 100 feet of the right-of-way line of any road, or within 50 feet of any side or rear line of any parcel, unless approved by the Board.
Mobile and modular homes are not permitted on any parcel within Alpine Lakes Ranch.
No permanent structure may be built on Alpine Lakes Ranch without prior written approval from the POA Board of Directors.
Download and read the full Architectural Requirements document before planning your project.
Log in to the Owner Portal at condocontrol.com, navigate to Service Requests, and submit your architectural review request with your project details, plans, and any supporting documents.
The Board of Directors will review your submission. Please allow until the next board meeting for a response. You will be notified of the decision through the portal.
Do not begin construction until you have received written approval from the Board. Unauthorized construction may require removal or modification at the owner's expense.
